mattias Posted December 8, 2006 Report Posted December 8, 2006 I am about to order a core kit for my SEQ. But I do not understand how to chose ID for the chip. I plan to use 2 midi IIC:s for midi out, and would like to keep the internal (original) midi out for an extra port. When nothing is going in on the in port.If someone could be so nice and explain how to find out what ID my PIC should have. #0000 0000 0010 0000, or is it #0000 0000 0000 0000 Quote

mattias Posted December 9, 2006 Author Report Posted December 9, 2006 So what i chose when selecting ID is what port MIOS uses by default. For uploading apps. And it should be one of the IIC:s!?In the SEQ app all ports will show up? IIC#1 IIC#2 and the core internal..So I will have to use 0000 0000 0010 0000 for IIC#1 as MIOS default!Did I get it!?../Mattias Quote
TK. Posted December 10, 2006 Report Posted December 10, 2006 Yes, thats correct. By doing so, IIC1 will also be the default port, and you will be able to upload code through this MIDI OutBest Regards, Thorsten. Quote
