GP butons in midi map!

Gould we get Gp butons to send CC in the midi map?

It would be nice to have!! ;)

And nrps so we could control MB sid 2!!

MBSID V2: NRPNs aren't easy to manage, it's better to assign the sound parameter to knob functions. Thats the way I'm normaly doing, especially because it's possible to assign multiple parameters to the knob, and to define the range.
