PSU linking.

I have just finished the 2 modules (Core and OPL3). I have a well regulated 5v +/-12v PSU, and I connect the 5v output to the J1 of the Core but the 7805 give me 1´48v in all testings. Then I have put off the 7805 and have conected the 5v power to the J2. Then, all is ok with the voltages. But then how can I link this 5v power to the OPL3 module if i am using the J2 of the Core?

Can I put a simple bridge from the J2 of the Core (remember that i´m using like POWER IN) to the J1 of the OPL3?

Thanks!

You could solder the "link" cable at the bottom of the Core PCB. You are already doing this for the parallel bus connections to OPL3, so this would be a consequential solution.

Best Regards, Thorsten.
