I don't really know if it's the right word ... but it's seems to be "understandable" .... ;D ;D ;D

I use a prototyp control glove with 5 m of "shielded" cable connected to a Midibox16 without majors problems ..... But i notice the neons (fluo tubes) introduce some jittering in the signal ... when the glove is close the fluo lamp ..... like a speed LFO .... :) ... but not really usefull !!! ;D

That's because the french reseller is DM2J "quite dead"... ArtisFinance group (SCV Audio, Guillard-Musique, Codim, MSK, TIP, Dynamic Audio, Audiopole, DM2J, PHL audio… 1st importer in France) is playing with his different compagny and as they import 70% of audio stuff in France... they think they can do what they want ... A nice example of "World Compagnies" wich can lead the market as they want ! (hello Bill Gates !!!) I think it's Dynamic audio which is importing P&G faders now in France... not sure ....I have P&G classical faders enough in stock ... sorry not really in the target of the topic ... But i'm really angry 'cause of this type of compagnies ... I admit that's also because they are my "job's concurents" ;)

I confirm that RME are probably the best quality/price compromise ! I tested different card on Audio precision system and Neutrik high quality audio testers .... And the RME is far above ! In analog as in digital ... ( one of the best jittering in all i tested ...) Other more expensive cards are , it's not a surprise, better ... But my conclusion is : RME : best quality / price HOONTECH :I was surprised to test the 8 analog input rack version , a good card ... at low price ! I' won't speak about the SB or other cheap card .... the bandwith is so little !!! ;D Maudio made good card too , but never checked ... As Terratec, Echo, Marian ....etc ...... I just want to say that the difference between 2 cards at the same price is now really low ! And it's clear that the professionnal cards let the cheapest far behind us .. as we say in french ! For conclusion my net card will be RME !!! ;)

I have to precise that the cool thing (or the worse... depending of your technicity level .. ;) is that you can create your effects in assembler ....

I found a new chip from Alesis : the A3201 ... digital audio effect ... the datasheet : http://www.alesis-semi.com/datasheets/ds3201b.pdf May interrest the ones who want to digitalize their SID ... I order one sample to see how it sounds .... ;)

Tu bricole une boite en carton de recup , tu mets du bulpack dedans ( le truc qu on pétait les bulles etant gamin et que tu appeles papier bulle...) Tu plantes les pinoches des encodeurs dans un bloc de mousse ou un truc y ressemblant, tu cales un peu le tout .... ... et ca devrait aller !!! ;D ;D ;D

tu ouvres un compte , tu donnes ton N° de CB , c est securisé et assuré, et tu payes la personne grace a son email ... Ca fait 4 ans que j ai un compte ... et jamais de soucis ... Par contre les banques, des fois, bloquent ta CB sur internet par defaut , il faut leur signifier ta transaction pour qu elle passe ... en meme temps c est un gage de sureté ! voila .....
