The thing that cuts slots in metal by taking away a small piece at a time is called a "nibbler". Another way to cut slots in Al is to use a good CNC-machine, it should be possible with almost every machine with a sufficiently small milling-bit. /d

Nice work! I have made something similar once, with an P+G fader, motor from a toy car and some rubber belts but i didn't find a sufficiently small motor that i could buy in any quantities? Where did you get yours? Regards /Daniel Araya, Sweden
