In Reply to "something else": No, the scrub wheel isn't a part of the midibox. It's the shuttleXpress that is an usb-tool for video-editing. btw: The box you are thinking of isn't the "original" but just one possible design. greets Marc

Using the mackie-control protocol, the track-names will be displayed. IMHO there's no other possibility, unless you are in the mood of programing a new protocol... greets Marc

BPM ist ein MP3-Programm, welches sich der Oberfläche eines Denon Doppel-CD-Players bedient. Analog angesteuert wird es über die hauseigenen Bedienteile: http://www.alcatech.de/html/rebuild.php?src=products_remote1001.html Die werden über COM angeschlossen. Du müsstest also: -Das Protokoll organisieren -Dir Gedanken über die Umsetzung auf Midi machen -Ein Programm schreiben, dass Midibefehle ins Alcatech-Protokoll übersetzt und sie an einer virtuellen Com-Schnittstelle bereitstellt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob Midibox die geeignete Grundlage für dieses Projekt ist. Gruß Marc
