.. being ashamed of oneself is a virtue that should be imported in the states asap

I mean making this test ( http://www.ucapps.de/howtodebug/mbhp_core_extract_measuring_gnd.gif ) I got 4.98V in every ground point
ok sorry, as i ve stated before assuming is evil..
..reading back you don t mention trying to upload MIOS or applications , what about that..
EDIT you may drop by the chat right now for faster troubleshooting
-
What's wrong guys? Undecided* TEST CORE5: I have 4.98V in all the grounds
does it really need explanation..
assuming is the mother of all evil
* TEST CORE3: there aren't missed junctions or bad solderings -
Btw not that it matters but by CORE_V3 and SID_V3 I meant the PCB's from Mikes midishop Smiley
ah ok
-
hi and welcome
1- you should be on the safe side with 500mA for just 1 SID and no LCD and by the way you probably mean SID V2
2-the audio in routes the audio out through the audio chain, that is you can use it to filter a sound or to feedback the audio out back in to get a nice warmer sound
good luck

-
hi
sorry but i am having hard time to get the proper info

jfmateos which model do you advice for pcb
have you ever tried pnp blue, how does it compare
thanks

hola

I use CPM6.3 paper (http://www.themagictouch.com/media/cpm.php). It is a bit expensive but the results are awesome and it always works at first attempt.
This is a photo of my last double-sided pcb
where do you buy it
-
I can get stuff sent to Tenerife, Spain without VAT (only 5%) and probably without import taxes, if that can help.
-
mmm that would be a good approach but as S1 pointed out, getting the MIDI out of a virtualized box can be tricky if doable.Nice to see that there are some parallel projects out there though
-
Come on... The point with my post was that I will organize the five ins and outs of my midi interface on top of each other (a 2x5 pattern) makeing it easy to find a fitting case. The impatience thing was a (stupid and unlucky) paranthesis. I am not blaming anybody for anything except the mailman for being slow and me for being impatient.
cmon you Strophlex, i just wanted to write something funny cause i am bored, i didn t mean anything else than that, everything is fine, we all love each other and we just like to spam this forum with random bs.It s Sunday morning, i was at a really lousy party yesterday night and i am not Mr Reed and Nico s died some years ago.
Amen.Long life to MIDIBox.

hi
i would like to thanks everybody for the input, i think that all in all for a 100 euros and a little soldering job it could be worth getting it, all in all is another piece of gear and i could hook it up to my "new" juno-106 and the 6582.I CAN T MAKE A MB_SEQ RIGHT NOW CAUSE I HAVE TOO MANY PROJECTS GOING ON.
Thanks
