In the schematic for the dout is a MIDI Rx led. In the MBSEQ_HW.V4 is there no such name like MIDI Rx. How is this possible?

Hi Al, If you take out the SD card, it starts with initial settings. Are you shure you have got power, if not you have to put a jumper next to R31 array to select 3.3V or 5V Lots of succes. Greetings, Pim

I will try to rephrase my question. I will give you an example. When i have all tracks muted, i unmute the bassdrum. The next track i unmute the hihat. I would like , when i unmute it in the middle of the sequence (f.i. at step 8) the hihat not directly to sound, but at the beginning at step 1. I hope this explaines enough.

Is it possible to start a muted track, when unmuted, not directly, but when the sequence begins. I know that this isn't always wanted, but when you always have to be precise on the first beat of a track, it makes life easyer.

Is it possible to implement a led in MBSeq V4 to show the midi in activity?

It seems to be easy to save patterns, songs with the MB Seq V4. Why not share these patterns, songs so we can learn from one another. :laugh: Even without musical skills you can play with the MB Seq if you have the patterns and songs frome someone else to experiment with. Maybe the data could be shared via forum / songs.

Starting a song from scratch is a big problem for me. I am new to MidiBoxSEQ so i don't know all the possibilities. Is there someone who can tell me? When i see the examples on youtube and vimeo, i am so jealous. Please help me!!

I want to control a CEM3396 chip with MIOS. For this purpose it i have to send the envelopes and LFO output trough Aout. How can i do this? I know it's possible because the Midibox FM and Sid are working this way.

Hoi Eduardus, RS232 draait op 38400 kb en Midi op 31250 kb. Als je je eigen applicatie op 38400kb laat draaien kun je zonder problemen de LTC module gebruiken. Je moet dan op je Laptop wel de Yamaha CBX driver installeren. Deze zorgt ervoor dat de RS232 als midi poort te gebruiken. groet
