  1. Well, he says that the temperature was too high and that he baked it too long. But I also think that the printer that he uses isn't all that good (too little toner). If you follow the "Tips from another DIYer." link on that page you can read and see the experiences of an other DIYer. This looks much better (as far as I can tell from the pictures).
  2. Here is an other site that has some info on the use of lazetran + some other tips on making front panels. http://www.nrgrecording.de/html/lazetran.html http://www.nrgrecording.de/html/index.html
  3. He CD_CD, That looks great. Did you make the frontpanel yourself (drilling etc...)? Why not 4 SID's theres room enough ;) BTW I see that you use oscillators for the 1MHz SID clock. Why not use the 1MHz from the 1st core? Regards, Pascal
  4. Hello dott.benway, You should check Neil Johnson's page. He built a M110 replacement with an Atmega8 controler. http://www.njohnson.co.uk/ in the Jen SX1000 Restoration section. The schematics are there and the firmare for the Atmega8 are also there. Regards, Pascal
  5. Hello puddingbrumsel, This would be a great addition to the seqencer. It could also be done in the form of a step mode. Then you would have: Mute, skip, first step, last step, accent, glide etc.... as available step modes. This way you wouldn't need the extra encoders. Regards, Pascal
  6. Hello, Thanks for the quick reply's. I will try and see what I can do on programming. Maybe I can figure it out before V3 arrives ;D. Regards, Squalie
  7. Hello, I am very interrested in the MIDIbox SEQ. It has many features that I like. For instance the analog output option and 16 Encoders, the possibility of Saving patterns etc... There is only one thing I miss. And that is the Skip step feature as we know it form the MOOG 960 module. I have searched the Forum database and searched the MIDIbox SEQ site but I could not find that this option is supported/implemented. I do not mean the Mute step option but rather the Step to be skipped maning that the effective sequence length will be reduced from 16 to 15 steps (if one step is skipped). Will this be incuded in the (near) future? Or have I overlokked something. I should add that I have no programming experience so it would be verry difficult for me to add it my self.
