ris8_allo_zen0 Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 Hello,I'd like to let you see my first MIDIbox creation, now finished.Once it was transparent, then it got too many scratches and I repainted gray. Now it looks like a Stealth, or some scientific instrumentation of the '40s.Greetings, Enrico
stryd_one Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 Ahhh nice :) You guys know I love that 'MIL' look :) The angles and the grey colour make it look like it could have come from the cabin of an F117 :)
Wilba Posted February 23, 2008 Report Posted February 23, 2008 Well done!It looks like four people could sit around it and tweak knobs at the same time!

Thank you, and thank you again to let me remember to link to the original thread where for the first time I talked about this: http://www.midibox.org/forum/index.php/topic,8500.0.html
ris8_allo_zen0 Posted August 19, 2008 Author Report Posted August 19, 2008 Sorry for bumping this thread. I was just let you know that the thing grew up these months. Now it has two stereo 6582As, one mono 6581,8 boards stacked in pairs, separated by mains cable rubber (some fantasy required to fit all the boards in a diamond-shaped box),and a DE-15 connector (the same as VGA) to output the 5 audio outputs with room for future external audio input wires.
cimo Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 ....Ambrogio, avrei voglia di qualcosa di rumoroso...
