8O Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 Hi again,Hope I'm in the right forum again - did a quick search for this, but didn't find anything...Am currently assembling a DINx4 module and noticed that a bridge jumper is included to go from IC2 pin 10 to IC3 pin 9. But if I look on the underside of my pcb there's nothing in the way to prevent just a track being laid directly. So I'm just wondering why this bridge is necessary?Cheers! Quote
nILS Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 It isn't. It's most likely a remainder from optimizing the board. (Same bridge is still there between IC1 and IC2). Quote
8O Posted April 9, 2009 Author Report Posted April 9, 2009 Ah yes, now I notice that the routing between IC3 and IC4 is done as I imagine between IC2 and IC3 should be... Something for V3, maybe... ;) Quote
