It is possible to support 64 additional button/LEDs assigned to static MIDI events by adding some code, but for your usecase the application proposed by Nasrudin is much better - it's small and easier to customize (if really required).

I shall like having: 16 encoder, 94 Button / LED, 8 fader motorized

In my case , It is better to modify the MB LC
