gomiboy99 Posted July 14, 2011 Report Posted July 14, 2011 Hi All, I know this is outside of the MBHP but I found this interesting link I spent the vast sum of $8.60 on 2 TI Launchpads and built a couple of these synths. They make fantastic midi metronomes. I use one in the studio and one with the MBSEQ so my band mates have an audio click to keep them in time. Tim. Quote
Hawkeye Posted July 14, 2011 Report Posted July 14, 2011 Really nice - thanks for the link! The cheapest MSP430x20x1 can be had for €1.35 @ reichelt - I find it really fantastic, that you can get a programmable device for that! Although a little digging revealed, that you would need at least the MSP430x20x2 for the MIDI metronome, which provides a serial bus (USI) and costs 2.5€ :-). Cool! Bye, Peter Quote
gomiboy99 Posted July 14, 2011 Author Report Posted July 14, 2011 If I am honest, I just followed the instructions in the post. But these are so cheap it would have been rude not to make use of them. And I made something useful too. Tim. Quote
