supercollider
Hi all, I am considering building this beast, a fellow over at the Mutable Instruments forum told me that: "..the SEQ CS PCB.. is the big sequencer. add a LPC17 baseboard plus optional Aout NG for CVs and quad IIC MIDI for 4 additional MIDI out ports" I assume the machine is build-able in this configuration, and I see all the boards available in the shop, and even the kit for the Aout board. Are there BOMs somewhere on the forum for the Seq, LPC17 and the quad IIC? Also is there a case design for this configuration? thanks! ilmenator
Hi and welcome here! Take a look at http://ucapps.de/ - on the left hand side you find a navigation bar. Under "MB Hardware Platform" you find a description of all the modules, along with layout data, BOMs and building instructions. =mb&s[]=seq]Forum legend Wilba has designed a front panel that can be used to have a panel cut e.g. by Schaeffer in Berlin. However, you could also use that template to design a case similar to the Shruthi or Ambika case to be made by Formulor / Ponoko. Good luck with your build! jojjelito
Guilty as charged. The general idea is to check the sub-components at http://ucapps.de/ as Ilmenator said. Then, the general sub-forum for the MBseq you already posted in is here: http://midibox.org/f...33-midibox-seq/ and the particular thread about the Ponoko panel is here: Wilba's particular front panel is linked from the MBseq description at ucapps.de, but the link is here: http://www.midibox.o...id=wilba_mb_seq Hardware options in general for the sequencer is described ici-la: http://www.ucapps.de..._manual_hw.html Suggested reading is all of the above, then PM me back if you have specific questions, or let's continue in this thread. For instance, there's this Hedenreich tabletop case, but I don't know what the status of that is at the moment. Someone may do a bulk order so keep your eyes peeled at the forum. shimoda
Yes Jojelito, you are guilty as charged. In fact, some of us are also accomplices in this mixing of DIY spheres. It's just too irresistible.
