latigid on Posted July 22, 2013 Report Posted July 22, 2013 No, what's your set up? Have you level-shifted the 3.3 V signal?
blingy Posted July 22, 2013 Author Report Posted July 22, 2013 So far I've just put a din out on j28 and didn't measure a voltage at all when there should be 3.3v on run I believe. Then there would be something to level shift anyway.
latigid on Posted July 22, 2013 Report Posted July 22, 2013 Please explain your set up. Are you using the Wilba control surface? Do you have the SEQ running correctly? Have you edited the hardware config file?
TK. Posted July 22, 2013 Report Posted July 22, 2013 This is the schematic which shows the 74HCT541 based level shifter at J28: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_core_lpc17_output_buffers.pdf The usage of this chip is not only recommended for voltage adaption, but also to protect the LPC17 IO pins against short circuits. Best Regards, Thorsten.
