Endfest
Hey Folks, thnx for your help & apologies for my delayed reaction..Good news, everyhting works fine over here now :) Superhappy, having total control over my midibox with Lemur now. So, for you wondering what the problem was ... I have this really strange USB-Midi i/o cable .. on the cable plugs it sais 'In' and 'Out'. So I was thinking, what for as far as I know the industrial standard is, you connect the midi in plug in the midi in of the Midibox port and the midi out to the midi out port .. but .. some of you see 'm coming, with this plug it's exact the opposite! After plugging the midi in cable to the midibox midi out and the other way around .. everything worked spot on, YesS!! Thnx for the help peepz & grtz from a happy Midiboxtweaker :sorcerer: :afro:
ilmenator
Actually, the "industry standard" is exactly like on your interface. Each device with MIDI ports has their MIDI port function (in, out, or through) printed on it. You always connect an out to an in port.
Endfest
Oeps, stupid me .. I thought it was the other way around .. glad 99% of the time I work with CV/gate or midi2midi cables ;-)
ilmenator
This is actually a "midi2midi cables" case, just that the cable is already attached  . But yeah, I get the point, and fine that the solution was so easy  !
