Up until now I have used the CV V2 with a PC over USB and powered with a USB hub. But if I power it with a power supply, can the SEQ send MIDI through USB to it. Quote

I am not sure how much the SEQ V4 (Wilba panel, Smash TV green LEDs) + 2x Optrex LCD (max 480 mW each) and the MBCV V2 (AOUT module, DINx3, 4xScope OLEDs) draws. My 5V supply can take 2,5 A. Enough? When I run the SEQ (press play) the CV V2 displays "MIDI protocol TIMEOUT" Any suggestions? Quote

Rowan Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 (edited) I also get the "MIDI Protocol TIMEOUT" message during boot when I have an Arturia Beatstep connected to my MBSEQ via USB OTG, though everything works correctly.
