Sammich FM power supply?

So, just got into building stuff instead of using VSTs. Ultimately I´m looking to build a midibox SID v2 but I started with buying a sammichFM kit on e-bay:

The soldering will soon be done. But I´m having a bit of trouble finding a EU power supply meeting the specs (specially when it comes to not being a switching model). Would any of these work, or does anybody have other suggestions?:

Seem non legit seller to me, the ebay description is a copy/past from the wiki ...but I can be wrong.

About power supply, you need 9V 500mA, that's common, pick whatever you find (SMPS should not be an issue)
