monokinetic
Hello all, just wondering if someone a bit more electrially minded than me could help me out.....I am assembling a CORE module and have problems getting hold of the bridge rectifier. Someone recently advised me on the discussion board to use 1n4001 diodes as attached in the schematic, but nowhere local to me sells this diode either!!! The lowest number both of my suppliers have is 1n4007, do you think it would be ok?Kind Regards in advanceDave mK
doc
Hi,1N4007 Diodes can drive a higher current than 1n4001.You can use them also. Theres no problem.Just pay attention on the polarity.greetsDoc
