Guest alienspice Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 FOUND IT!after some hours searching for datasheets, crossreferences and other stuff about optocouplers I founded the alias....6N139 is OK is his big brosHCPL0700 and HCPL0701 are the aliases as SMDevices.Thorsten, this could be usefull for people who doesn't find 6N138 like me (I live in a big city and there are many electronic shop but none has that opto) Quote
