Hello,

In the search for customizable MIDI Controller i found ucapps.de. Before i searched lots of Forums and Sites and i just found de doepfer ctm and other doepfer Products, but they offer to low possibilities for a too high price.

So if you could help me find the best and lowpriced possibility for my midi Controller.

I need:

* MIDI Out

* MIDI In

* 18 Fader ( motor )

* 16 Velocity Buttons ( not nessecary )

* 20 Buttons

* 1 Modulation Wheel btw. Joggle Pad

good extensions (not nessecary):

* Light for Faders

* MIDI To USB integrated

If you can place some links for Tutorials and Products or you have good Ideas for this, please help me

And no i wont give up,  and even if its hard and i have to learn, so please help me

Thanks in advance

i just want to say that i dont need any synth stuff or something, this is just uses as a controller for software in my pc.

If you know where to get cheap faders and buttons, and which of them to use, will be fine if you post them here.

OK , i mentioned, i was to fast and should read a little bit more.....

I Searched UCApps and i found the most things i need. But there are some questions left.

I think the midibox64 is the best source for my controller.

So i need :

Core Module

MIDI to USB

Motorfader to Core

please just correct me if iam wrong.  what do i need for lighted faders and buttons if there active ? is there any application that uses this or support this ?

an what to do ?

thanks in advance

Hi,

just some minor corrections:

You'll need

3 x CORE (because of the 18 Motor Faders. One Core can handle up to 8 Motor Fader)

3 x MF Module

1 x DINX4 (for the buttons)

1 x DOUX4 (for LEDs)

1 x USB Module

If you just use 16 Motor-Faders you'll need only 2 Cores.  - or - if you use fader without motor you'll only need one Core, no MF and one AIN Module.Think about that.

You'll need the DOUTX4 module to drive leds for the buttons.

No idea about the lighted faders.

... when the bulk order officially starts, it will be placed in the international forum part.

Thorsten ist testing some different ALPS fader-types before.
