Can somebody tell me where can i find a cool hardware forum ? I am looking to do things as recycle a laptop LCD screen and transform it in a current VGA connection monitor. But i need people who help doing it, and i can't find nothing related on the net. Thanks. ???

... you'll need a VGA to LVDS converter and I don't think that you can DIY this... anybody knows better and correct me?

I've read the same lately (don't know why I was looking). There are specialty cards that support most of them digitally. There are also supposed to be a few that take a regular VGA input, but they're probably more money and harder to find.

- Google should turn up something if you're still interested. It was a pretty common question when I looked (mostly gamers,etc.)

It have a power adaptor in, so if LDVS it's what the LCS screens have, it means that this is what i am looking for, right ? Thanks. :-X
