As for the panel work i done it myself with regular markings from a template overlay and then using a normal hand drill/files etc. I then sprayed it matt blk and used custom letraset transfers for the artwork. Finally i applied a few coats of laquer to seal it all...

The housing is as you can another c64 breadbox...
