knobs on the lcd screen ?

just found this pic in the LCD section

but as far as i know (or found) there is no option to show these knobs on the screen with the lc app... so what is it? is it online?

It's display page 3, you can select it with the button which is assigned to this function (see lc_io_table.inc)
