My girlfriend is an architect, and she did most of the planning. I did the work. (she did a lot of work, too)

And, thanks! we're proud! Took us about 6 months of weekends. (Tore down old construction, built new framing, new electric, new walls, ceiling, ceiling trim, paint, floor, floor trim, DONE!)

Nice, man! My gf is an architect too but me has to sit in a very cramped niche (lovin it, though) :)

My wife is not architect, she is an administrative and is very able to destroying things that I build :sad:

the rest of the space is hers.. Couch and tv, etc. She's already mad about the space my gear takes.

The entire basement was my mess before the remodel.. Now I'm confined to a couple of corners.. It's for the better, though.
