arti492 0 Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share You destroyed the ZX Spectrum, you should burn in hell :hmm: Quote Link to comment
Antix 8 Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share very nice work, I hope that the ZX was already broken before the transformation ...or at least you have another one Regards Antix Quote Link to comment
eptheca 30 Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share thanks for the kudos Hawkeye and Antix yes arti492, I will burn in hell, but not for reusing a case for a speccy, I just bought the empty case I might burn in hell for buing SID's on ebay without knowing for shure that no Commodore was harmed in the process. Besides what's the bad thing about burning in hell anyway, that's really all there is to do there :) the buttons are also a reuse from the same case Quote Link to comment

This is a loss for the world. Best regards arti4-92. Quote Link to comment
Hawkeye 58 Posted June 24, 2011 Report Share Arti, while I understand your wish to preserve things, he has "just" converted an empty case - which would have rotten on some basement anywhere in the world - converting it to a much loved and often-used midibox is a great thing to do, so others can see how fine the zx spectrum 128k was (i did not know it before!). Also, this conversion was done with a lot of dexterity and good handicraft knowledge and I think it looks marvelous :-) Bye, Peter Quote Link to comment
Gilesjuk 0 Posted February 5, 2012 Report Share Given how many dead spectrums there are in the world I'm sure there's plenty to go around. I've bought about 4 of them and only 1 worked. Quote Link to comment
