hello , sorry for my question and for my english , greetings from Spain . I fell very afraid thinking that interrupting suddenly the power pressing the switch to off position could create a disaster in my sammichSID some day . Do you think it could happen some day ? or its the only way to turn off the unit ? . is it secure ? i always had a bad feeling about interrupt the power of any hardware . Someone knows another way to turn off the power without pressing the switch ? thanks very much and sorry for disturb.

Hi all . I can open the ctrl and the pannel Stand alone but I can´t open the pannels in my sequencer ( FL studio ). All the options are in grey . Can somebody tell me what is happening ? thanks.

Hello. I would like to know if its possible to separate the sammichSID channels ( 1 to 6 for example) in a DAW , for example , channel 1 = bass , channel 2 = lead , channel 3 = kick , channel 4 snare , like a chiptune , like a sid track . Its possible to separate the channels ? How do it ? can somebody with experience tell me how do that for example in Ableton LIVE ? thanks

Hello all . Somebody please know how to rip or extract the sounds from a SID file ? (sid format files with the sammichSID of course) . Is there any software to export or rip the sounds included in a sid file ( kick / lead / bass ) and save them like a patch to create my own soundbank / patches collection? another question i have is how to create a song in a DAW (for example ableton) with the sammichSID ? how i need to do to separate the channels ? for example , in track 1 i want the kick , in track 2 i want the lead and in track 3 i want the bassline ( I MEAN multitimbral) how can i do that in a DAW to create a song with my sammichSID? thanks very much

hello i found the ASID player and it works with my sammichSID .But now i have a new question . how can i extract a sound from a SID tune and save it like a patch ? for example , i like the kick or the snare in a sid tune and i want to extract it and save it like a patch / sound. Do you know what i mean ? Need to do it in a DAW or something ? can i separate the channels in a SID tune with the sammichSID ? many questions , i don´t know how to do it . Can somebody helps me ?

Thanks for help. Today i got a soft called mios and it helps to import and export patches and more. I will get the asid this night and try to play sid music into the sammichSID. I have listened to all the 128 presets, some of you guys know where can i get more patches / sounds ? Thanks again

Hello everybody. I have received today my sammichSID unit but im totally lost. Can somebody please answer my dubts / questions ? : 1 ) where can i get an instruction manual or something ? i have been searching in google but can´t find manual / pdf or something to start. 2 ) which software i need to import / export patches / sounds ? 3 ) which software i need to play SID files ? 4 ) where get the last firmware ? no more , for now is the only help i need . buenas a todos. Acabo de adquirir un sammichSID y soy totalmente novato. No tengo ningún manual de instrucciones. No se cómo se actualiza el firmware ni tampoco se donde encontrar más presets , con qué programa importo y exporto presets y con qué programa puedo escuchar archivos de extensión .SID . ¿ alguien por favor podrÃa resolverme mis dudas, serÃa tan amable ? lo agradeceré mucho ya que no encuentro un manual en PDF o algo por ahÃ.
