    in MIDIbox SID

    Dear Midiboxer,

    I uploaded the SID V2.0 RC36 firmware on my MB6582 and now the value between two detent on my encoder (because i didn't move the detent) is bigger than with the old version (rc25 for me)

    For example: When i move the attack knob between two detent of my encoder, the attack goes by 4, 8, 12 and 15

    I would like to know where can i change it on the program

    It looks like you've assigned the BLM_SCALAR output port to IN1, can you confirm this?

    Go into the MIDI menu, select the Misc page, and check the port to which BLM_SCALAR has been assigned. Select "off" to disable it.

    Yes i confirm that the BLM_scalar was in IN1

    i select OFF to disable it and it was ok now

    Thank you TK for your interest of my problem

    I record the MIDI out of the SEQV4 and it give me that

    When i delete the parameter CC32 all it's ok, the problem disapear

    I would like to know how it's possible to not send other parameter than note and velocity on the SEQV4

    ok i know that there is a little gap with MIDI control but here the gap is more than 650us

    i can hear the gap between the both BD

    and i check my MBSID sound and it did the same thing with the A001 sound

    Is it possible that the problem come from the SD card

    because when i put it on 5v the card became very hot and didn't work correctly anymore

    i checked it and my MicroSD adaptator "burned" ( only the cover)

    After that i put it on 3,3V and it work correctly but maybe my MicroSD was damage

    I'll try with an other

    I hope it will solve my problem because i couldn't use the sequencer like it

    I made a new pattern with only the both sound on the track 1

    Firdt BD in C1 and the second in F#2

    I didn't change the name of the second BD and it was play on the SD layer

    dear Midiboxer,

    i finished my SEQ V4 and it 's a amazing sequencer but i have a little problem when i try to sequence my Boss DR660

    it seem that when i trig two sound together for example two BD in 1,5,9,13 there is a little bit of gap

    I believed that came of my dr660 but i tested with Nuendo and no gap

    Then i tried to sequencer my MB6582 and some strange think happend

    I build this somple sequence

    C1-C2-C1-C2-C1-C2-C1-C2- and the second C2 note doesn't play correctly, just like i had a portamento

    i think that the Midi out signal is too small and there is a bad intepretation about the both machine

    I bought the Core32 on the SmashTV web'shop and there is only carbon resistor on the kit

    Do you think if i change the both 220ohm resistor of the Midi out with 1% metal film resistor it will resolve this problem?

    or any other idea to solve the problem will be fun

    We were discussing about the Record function on the chat some days ago, and got to this conclusion:

    The Recording Port is the one selected on Trans/Arpg but then the Channel assigned to the Trans/Arpg is not getting recorded. Use the same Port but a different Channel.

    Sorry to ask the question

    but i think there is a mistake on the Beta 18 release

    I think the record parameter is faulty

    I couldn't record any Note or CC but i saw on the MIDI monitor that event is present on the MIDI IN.

    Maybe it's a mistake or i miss something to do but i don't know what.

    I go to the record Page and i send MIDI event on the Midi IN1 and nothing happend

    Anybody could help me please

    How would the menu pages look like in your usecase, so that all MIDI files can be properly imported?

    It will be very simple

    I was trying to copy the Midifile how's playing to paste in the desired track.

    Or when i import the midifile it's put directly in a new pattern

    For example if my midifile contain:

    -CH1 bass

    -CH2 Lead

    -CH3 melody or chord...

    it will be copy in the track group 1 , track 1,2 and 3

    or one by one i import CH1 and copy it on the desired Track

    I have a other problem with the SEQ V4

    when i try to put the length in Glide (more than 100%) i still hear the both note

    for example

    First step C1 and second step C1 too, i put the length of the first step over 100% to ahve glide effect but i still hear two note

    Is there a parameter that i missed ?

    i would like to know when do you think to implent the MID Import option ?

    Because i need import all my Live set and there are more than 54 midifile

    Or maybe i could import them with MIOS studio but how?

    Je sais que c'est une question un peu con mais as tu branché le MIDI out de ton interface au IN de ton Core et le IN de ton core au OUT de ton interface parce que après le message "sending bloc XXXXXXXXXXXXXX" MIOS studio attend le retour d'information de la part du core sinon essai de passer en mode MANUAL Don't use feedback from core dans la fenetre de chargement des fichier HEX en bas a droite

    tiens nous au courant car ca sera dommage d'abandonné si près du but

    âpres avoir fini mon MBCV et SID 6582 je voudrai m'attaquer a une surface de contrôle pour mon tx802 et mon MKS80 mais il fonctionne tous avec des messages sysex et CC

    J'ai vu que dans les mises a jours du MB64 le sysex était intégré

    mais il n'y a pas assez de paramètres pour contrôler tous mes expander

    je voulais savoir comment et ou (quel fichier) modifier l'application pour parametré mes potars et mes boutons de mon MB64

    si quelqu'un pouvais m'aiguiller pour le commencement

    me donner la directive a suivre pour un paramètre et je la suivrai pour les autres

    Par exemple -le potar A0 de mon premier muktiplexeur envoi le message sysex F0 43 10 08 41 xx F7 (xx de 0-99)

    -le bouton D0 (configurer en latch) de mon premier register envoi le message sysex F0 43 10 08 40 01 F7 premier appuie

    et F 43 10 40 00 F7 au deuxieme appuis

    je sais que c'est beaucoup demander mais cela m'aiderai beaucoup

    because of a lack of time and the fact that i don't need it anymore i want to sell my mbseqv3. according to the rules of the community i don't want to make money with it and so i want to give it to a member of the community.

    the sequencer is build into a c64 case and consists of the following modules:

    1x core, 1x doutx4, 2x dinx4, 1x dinx2, 1x bankstickx8 (512) and one iic-midiout that is not connected at the moment.

    the encoders are alps stec12 and the pcbs are self-etched.

    at the moment it is configured as a midibox64e controller with pic18f452, but i will give one pic18f4620 with it. the displays are standard green with backlight.

    i have added two pictures so you can see how it looks like.
