hehe, i'm gonna be right there with you actually. burned off another 3 pads! it's time to order another board. ADHD without my medication makes me so impatient.. sigh.. =( atleast i have my control surface ready *shrug*

ah a lil jerry riggin? i'm very fortunate that the pad aht burnt off isn't connected to any traces! but i'll keep your suggestion in mind. thanks bro!

decided to continue building. the pad on the the bottom side of the board is o.k. I'm hoping if i fill it with enough solder it'll hold in place. xing fingers. otherwise lesson learned and i'm very embarassed and sorry to wilba, smash and errone.
