Open Eagle; File->open->board...2. Open your brd fil; Change background: Option->User Interface->Layout->White3. View -> Display/Hide Layers4. Click None -> Select Bottom, Pads, Vias, Dimension(B,P,V,D)5. Doubleclick on (B,P,V,D) and change the color to black.5.
