Futureman Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 What would you say is Low Current ? I'm looking at building a SID V2, and for the matrix, Low current LED's are mentioned. If the LED is specified to run at say 20mA, is that 'low current' ? Like these?http://cgi.ebay.com.au/100pcs-3mm-red-leds-white-diffused-lens_W0QQitemZ190240823304QQihZ009QQcategoryZ66954QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262RegardsMike
Futureman Posted August 2, 2008 Author Report Posted August 2, 2008 Ok, so the 20mA is max current... looks like low current LED's run between 1mA & 2mA
nILS Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 Yep, that seems more like it. The LowCurrent LEDs from reichelt that I usually use take 2mA.
