tob
I seen this interface on DE and on ebay http://www.dealextreme.com/p/usb-to-midi-cable-with-16-midi-input-output-channels-1-8-meter-11277 Has anyone got it working?
ilmenator
I would assume that this will work fine for "regular" MIDI data, but will miserably fail for system exclusive MIDI data. It looks like a no-name version of many of the black-listed USB cable interfaces known to NOT work properly. Also, how can that website get away with shamelessly stealing the YAMAHA DX logo? Smithy
Also, how can that website get away with shamelessly stealing the YAMAHA DX logo? LOL! I have never noticed that before, and I've bought quite a lot of stuff from the site!
Hawkeye
Pirates! Everywhere! *yarr* :-) back to topic... better shop for a "whitelisted" MIDI interface if you want trouble-free operation (or try to convince somebody to send you a GM5 :-)) http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=midi_interface_whitelist Greets, Peter
