Flash PIC16F88 ($10)

I'm looking for someone who can flash a PIC16F88 chip with the MIDI merge software found here (http://www.ucapps.de/midimerger.html).

 

The $10 will cover the cost of the chip, flashing it, and shipping. I'm located in the United States.

I reached out to SmashTV, but haven't heard back. I've been looking around trying to find a programmer for the chip, but it's kind of a nightmare to someone who's knew to all of this. 

 

Would this programmer get the job done?

I tried searching this forum, other forums, and google for a tutorial on how to go about this and came up empty handed. Perhaps I should use one of the other chips that supports the projects?

I use a Microchip ICD2, you can get cheap clones of this on EBAY, just search for ICD2.

Also, a genuine Microchip programmer aint very expensive either :)
