The products are very high quality 3. He is an awesome guy 4. If u didn't get an email reply it is because he has been way too busy making arrangements for your stuff to arrive as fast as possible. 5. Support is extraordinary if u have a problem as I know of nobody else who takes that much pride in what he do.
