hi there

 

the powered usb  hub from reichtelt is not available anymore.

can anyone reccomend another suitable powered hub available at reichelt ?

would this one be okay to power a seqv4?

Hey

the alternative you linked has 2A. In the Seq Manual it states 400-1000mA. 

So the hub should be ok to power two Seqs without any problems. :)

In my opinion the switch isn't needed. But that depends on how someone prefers his setup...

If you are looking for "switchability", there is also a quite cheap alternative to powered usb hubs with switches - just use usb cables with integrated power switches :-)

(These are also available with a mini/micro usb socket)

Then you can power from any (chinese) USB wall wart adapter (rated at 5V/1A) you may have lying around...

Not that this is the recommended way to obtain clean 5V, but it is cheap! :-)
