PC keyboard as midi controller

Hello,

I am actually looking for a software that would allow me to use ma PC keyboard as a midi controller. Not just the basic pianoroll available everywhere. What I whant is to be able to assign any CC to any key on my keyboard. Can someone point me to something that can do that ?

I don't know about assigning CC's, but I've been working on a simple program that sends midi notes when you press keys - at the moment it's a little like Sweet Little Piano (they charge $14.99 for an app that I made a clone of in an afternoon >:() but I have plans to make it more complex...
