Control Surface A

Hello, and I'm sorry in advance if this is a stupid question.

I have tried to read around as much as possible, and if this information is sitting right in front of me please point it out.

I plan on building a midibox SID with control surface A.  From what I gather this is simply a din1x module with 6 buttons and an encoder attached.  Do I just put the buttons and encoder on whichever jumpers of the din1x I see fit?  Is there a certain way I am supposed to configure my buttons/encoder?

U can change the mappings of what goes where but it would probably just be easier to do as is

On a related note, I've now made myself a quick PCB of the din1x.

I would also be interested. There's no DINx1 board on here since it's usually built on protoboard, but a PCB would kick ass.
