tobsen Posted December 29, 2007 Report Posted December 29, 2007 One of the last this year i think, i had to make longer break because of other things, but now its almost finished. It´s not state of art, but let´s say "Hausmacher" or homebrew... ;DFirst i had some trouble with jittering LED´s, like T.K. said, a resistor on the last pins of the DOUT helped. A big thanks to Thorsten for his awesome work and project here!!! Und ein guten rutsch ins neue Jahr!!! ;DSome flixx:and greetings to fibranijevidra ;D
tobsen Posted December 29, 2007 Author Report Posted December 29, 2007 Well it´s a shitty cam...It was my first project with professional PCB, dear beginners, don´t hesitate to build one... ;D
tobsen Posted December 29, 2007 Author Report Posted December 29, 2007 There´s nothing better than a working module on the first try... The AOUT for my forthcoming analog synth The cable hell in a earlier stadium
tobsen Posted December 29, 2007 Author Report Posted December 29, 2007 The buttons were the most exhausting work. They are made of a simple plastic pole for 1,50€ and the tactile switches for 12c each. The plastic was very hard to edit and sanding was really boring and took a little eternity...
tobsen Posted December 29, 2007 Author Report Posted December 29, 2007 The first words ;D http://youtube.com/watch?v=27Oa2F-qI4UThe final... And again a huge thanks to Thorsten and the complete community for all the tips!!! ;DI´ll be back with a Midibox FM as soon as some sounds come out of the OPL3 but it seem´s that the smd were fried...Thanks and a happy new year!t.
ultra Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 nice work, especially on those illuminated switches. i tried that a while back but i couldn't get it sanded smooth enough.
rinXai Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Good job. I too used the same method for making illuminated buttons. Kinda fun and laborious. :)
stryd_one Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Nice one, I agree the buttons came out looking great!
tobsen Posted January 6, 2008 Author Report Posted January 6, 2008 Thanks for the comments!!!The buttons would look more neat if they have the same length. In my case it was impossible with a handsaw...
