  9. I'm looking for a hardware synth which I can control completely with the MB16E, so I need to know which synth sends a snapshot of all of its parameters on command, and is this supported by the MB16E? As far as I have seen only reaktor supports this, but that's software. What about the access virus, is this one suitable for me?
  10. Hi, I use the midibox with my Rm1x, but I came to the conclusion that when I select a track, all the incoming data will be applied for the selected track, and not on all midi channels. This occurs when RecMode is selected at Echo Back (second page, utility). When choosing Thrue at Echo Back, the midibox works fine on every channel (each knob will change the cutoff for each channel, for example). But at this mode, all the notes played at the midi keyboard (chained behind the midibox) will apply to a fixed channel, and not to the selected channel! I want 16 knobs of the midibox control the cutoff of each channel, and I want the keyboard to play the voice of the selected track. Any work-arounds for this? Regards, TraiZor

    oi

  12. Hey, Where have the old schematics of the midibox64 gone? There's only a link to the new MBHP schematics. I find the old schematics more practical (3 pages instead of 12 or something) I want to know the connection from the EPROM to the PIC on the old firmware. Thanks, TraiZor
  13. Alright, I've made a song entirely with the Rm1x. I didn't use the Midibox though, but I just want to let you hear something of me ;D www.multiscreen.net/muziek/TraiZor%20-%20U-16.mp3
  14. Hey, I also like a clean interface, but shortcuts don't fit into a user friendly interface. Maybe a popupmenu with all the functions which are now shortcuts? T
  15. Hi Serge, Thanks for making the changes. About the copy and paste: nice option :) what about a make-settings-for-row option, thus that each knob of the row has the same controller (with min/max etc), but an increased midi channel for wach column? it does save the midi in and out, indeed, but it doesn't initialize well: the buttons request sysex dump and send sysex are disabled on startup. Good to hear there is progress in this program :) TraiZor.
  16. Yes! It worked! ;D I had forgotten another wire.. 8) Now it seems to be stable. It didn't jitter for a few minutes, so I think that it's jitter-proof now :) Thank you, Thorsten! ;D
  17. Hi Thorsten, I have checked these notes step by step and found this: - input voltage is 8,6V, should be fine. (btw, i've attached a colling plate on the 7805) - I've made an extra wire to make the power supply starlike. - I checked these voltages and these are 0V. However, the jittering doesn't stop :-/ I can reduce the cable length, but I don't like that option. Is there an option with placing little caps on the pots or something? And what about a metal/wooden casing? Regards, TraiZor
  18. Maybe an idea: remembering the chosen midi in and out port. Writing in an ini file or windows register :)
  19. about note 2: the note-hanging does NOT occur on stopping the sequence with snapshot, but does occur (most of the time) on leaving the sequencer menu with Exit to the mainmenu with these settings: mode independent (I don't think this is relevant) high bpm (140+) high gatelength (4, not 5 because then it also will hang (see above)) and then leaving sequencer menu.. you can easily reset the rm1x with going to song mode and then back to pattern mode. btw, I still use the 0.34a version, does that matter?
  20. about note 1: I use independent mode LM 1111 PM 1111 length 16 bpm 140 gatetime: with 4, everything alright. but with 5, notes keep hanging. I'll search further for a reproduction of the earlier mentioned notes.
  21. I will email the photo to you.
  22. Sounds nice ;D And.. Is it true that I can emulate combined mode with independent mode?
