Good question but I think he make all by synths....the same way "The Young Gods" are do....my friend was on concert of them 2 weeks ago, and he was really surprised that all the guitars was played by keyboard :) best way to do this is with the awesome VST-Plugin called "Slayer 2" ;D ;D -> http://www.refx.com/?lang=en&page=products/slayer2/summary
