  1. I had a similar problem. I've replaced 24LC512 with 24LC256. Formatting was passed with few reboots. When i try to batch upload patches it cause reboot, so i've uploaded patches one by one. Now it works.

You can use Wood's metal (50% bismuth, 25–28% lead and 22–25% tin) instead. Its melting point is lower than Rose`s I`ve bought it at local radio store.

Boiling in water with citric acid and Rose's metal :sorcerer: is the video showing the process (unfortunately in russian, but it`s quite descriptive) All you need is citric acid (works with acetic too), Rose`s metal and cotton swab or wiping blade for cleaning redundant tin from plate.

The final touches is to calibrate AOUT_LC (which strongly does not want to calibrate) for controlling MS-10, replace microSD adapter with real SD slot and faster SD card, and the main dilemma: matrix wiring (which i have to deal with and resolder all the wires) or etching and soldering additional DOUTS/DINS. :getlost:

Yeah, the software is pure magic! I have just calculated hardware parts total - it`s slightly less than $150 :sorcerer:

The final step is to make matrix wiring like in Wilba`s MBSEQ for control surface and leds. Now the bottom line of buttons not used.<br />Vacant DOUT and DIN modules will be used in MBFM, which is next.
