That's the problem, your map is upside down, your chips are currently floating around in the Arctic Ocean.

I've tried *everything* with the chip - no noise. So whatever the other guys did - this specific chip we have does NOT make noise.

 

Johnmx found a solution. Some Chips need a RESET after power on.
