Joking aside, Banzaieffects, Small Bear and Bridechamber all carry some of these. The SSM is compatible with THAT1646 or INA137. But, it seems you're stuck with Farnell, Mouser and perhaps Digikey amongst the bigger companies. RS/Allied only seem to carry some SSM's.
