Since losing messages is common with Yahoo and some of the other freemail services, I tried again via a different email account this morning, with no response. 15 days ago/"il y a 15 jours"? My paypal account: and email from you: show 3 days, not 15. Since I do not understand your intent with this false statement and my reply(s) to you remain unanswered, I will immediately issue a full refund/cancel the order so that you can make other arrangements. After a decade of doing this I know that communication problems cause anxiety and complicate even the smallest transaction. To the guys who are patiently waiting: I have not forgot about you. If you need more detailed info about an order than I have on my status page let me know, I will happily answer. If you do not see a reply within 24 hours, I either did not get the message or you did not get my reply. A forum private message avoids email issues. Tim is one of the finest persons from who I have ordered parts/kits, I don't think you will find a lot of people that support what they sell like he does. In this page http://www.midibox-shop.com/status.html you can see how many orders Tim has shipped and if you do a search in this forum, you will find no complains and lots of recommendations to order from Tim's site. zak_yak Posted September 21, 2013 Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 (edited) Bonjour, Perso, je n'ai pas eu une expérience trés positive avec Tim à propos d'un litige complétement bidon sur les frais de port, aprés un an d'attente (voir 2 je sais plus) pour le bulkorder du midibox seqV4. Il a annulé ma commande et m'a parlé de façon trés virulante, me qualifiant de malhonnète. J'ai tenté une explication mais il n'a jamais dégnié me répondre. Un gars lunatique qu'il faut brosser dans le sens du poil. J'ai donc construit de A à Z mon séquenceur sans l'aide de personne. Merci TK et Wilba. reboot Posted September 23, 2013 Report Share Posted September 23, 2013 bonjour , le seul problème est qu'il déclare tout en douane (suite a des pertes) , donc si la facture excède 100usd la facture peut être lourde . je le comprend en cas de perte de colis ... mais il ne propose pas d'arrangements a savoir de ne rien déclarer.,dommage ... sinon Tim est très sérieux . C'est très peu cher, surtout vu la qualité des CI. Tim fait beaucoup pour la communauté, et c'est effectivement quelqu'un de très sérieux et très amical.
