hey guys, i found a place here in italy that could cut some nice frotpanells for a really good price

but to spend less, the minimum order is at least 10 pieces

they can do lasercuts on variuos materials

like polycarbonate, alluminium, wood..

for 1 they asked me almost 150 euros

but for at least 10 (no matter if they are differents)

the price goes down to 40/50% less

so if somebody is interested...

just let me know

i am interested.. i would need 2.. but the price needs to be lower than that.. unless they do silk screening and stuff :D then i might consider it..

with that price they offer the material that you wanna use,(for polycarbonate many colours are available)

they make all the holes that you need

and letters engraved, that is much better than silkscreen

i mean is just like the frontpanell on ucapps.de

but you can make your own design, or if you prefer i can do it for you(i'm a graphic designer)

lcd size....

let me know

i would refute that engraving is better than silkscreen.. as engraving will still be the same color..

i would use steel or aluminium, not polycarbonate..

but anyway.. what kind of format do they need..

thank you for the offer of designing it for me.. but no thanks..

Hi.

I hope somebody could ask for a quote for the same panel done with his service:

http://www.cncpanels.co.uk/

He's based on UK - has invested on FrontPanel Designer export filter and is a fellow Midiboxer.

Moebius

The export filter is 99 Euro. i was planning on a na engraving service for midibox but the whole cnc thingie is too complex for me still. And cost alot to build one.

Would this be done by us, or the company making the panels?
