ebay is about as good as you'll get, price-wise.

http://www.reichelt.de is VERY cheap with MIDI cables. e.g. "AVK 121" is 2m MIDI - 0.67 €. They have various cheap audio adapters and cables. The only problem is that they have a minimum order of 150 € for international orders.

http://www.thomann.de is a musicshop with very fair prices, the largest shop in germany (gigantic house and even more gigantic depot), but selling also to other countries.

for audio cables, roll your own.  Stateside, Mogami and Canare cable is no more than $1.50/meter and connectors are fairly cheap (1-3$).  I'm sure that is the same case in Europe

Can anyone suggest good online places to buy either pre made audio cables,

or the cut wire and & components for them cheaply.

Trying to avoid places like reichelt with heavy minimum orders.

Any good ebay sellers out there that people have dealt with?

for audio cables, i bought some nice neutrik plugs from allied electronics.  then i went to some local store that had long pieces of audio cable at a good price.  i hacked those into shorter cables that work well with a patchbay.

for midi, i just happened to find a good clearance price on some neutrik cables locally.
