  1. Sure I will, it's necessary install the 4 chips yes or yes?, maybe the software it's written to control series of 4 chips and that's the problem
  2. hi again theres no resistor network, and it's made on proto board , I have check every pin to 5v and I have perfect 10k , I know it's crazy, it is possible the software has something to be here?
  3. hi Im having a big headache with DIN module the configurAtion is 2 chips 74hc165n I only need 8 buttons on my midi box 64 the problem is when I press 1 button nothing happens but..... If I press 2 at the same time yes... I mean it send the midi command, for example if I send to ground pin 3 of the 74hc165n nothing hapends but if I send to ground pin 3 and 4 at the same time it send the midi command... Same with 4 and 5 and so on, it's so strange, I have built 5 midi boxes and never hapends something like this, I have tried 3 different PICS with the same results, what can be the problem? thank you very much
  4. im interested on some boards, rogermatcom@gmail.com thank u
  5. Hi Is it possible to send the midi values of the pots and butons of the midibox 64 pressing a buton?. how?. I have buildt a Midibox 64(pic based) without LCD, its configured with the "snapshot on startup" that works great, my problem is the butons are not mecanical, they are just push butons and when I switch off the machine and switch on again all the butons values goes to 0 (off) thx
  6. hi again the pots are conected direct to j2 now and no diference.... any help?
  7. Hi again and thank you for the awnser j2 its perfect 5 volts, the problem is the pot, 4.85 volts, how can i give more power to the output of the 7805? thank you
  8. im using 10k pots, its better to use 1k pots?
  9. hi I´m having problems with the voltage of my midibox 64, at the output of the 7805 i have 5 volts perfect, but when i test the pots i have 4.8,the problem is at the maximum of the pot the box never send "127" the maximum is "126" its a problem for me because some of the controls need 127 value, how can i sove this?, im using a wall adapter of 9 volts 1200 miliamps, can solve the problem a higher voltave adapter?, i am using 58 pots on the box, maybe is the problem..... thanks
  10. It controls a plugin called clockwork from WOK
  11. My question is: Its possible to remember the last state of the butons when the midibox start up?, or a fixed configuration, only the butons for example: buton 1...on buton 2... on buton 3.... off and so on my intention is to send this config everytime I furn on the machine thank you

  18. Hello Im using a old core pic 18f (mios8)
  19. hi this is my first midibox (pic core) with butons and leds, my problem is when i turn off the machine and turn on again the butons and leds doesnt work, they start to work if i start mios studio , the comunication with the box start and then every thing works fine, is it normal?, how can I solve this? thank you very much
  20. Yes… thats the reason of my worries
  21. Yes pete, you are right, my intention is to use analog inputs with one pot for each switch unit, your idea of the 13 resistors its brilliant, I will try it thank you vey much. I wonder if its possible to use the digital inputs solution, I mean if somebody know or try to let some digital inputs closed and if the system can work this way
  22. Question here… I need sonmething like 8 rotatory switches on my panel, the rotatory switches act like the button is allways pushed, will be a problem?, I mean, the system can work normally if all those digital inputs are closed? If so my problem will be solve and less work Thank you
  23. thank you!! thats what i were looking for
  24. This solution it's very good but my intention is to do a "vintage" look and feel of my front panel, that's the reason why i'm using rotatory switches
