  1. 3 payments. But I think it is enough of situations when one paying for other. It happened few times before with this project. I could pay for it from my pocket, but when I`m gonna ship it I`m not so sure. I hope we will make the panels on time.
  2. No, seams people don`t care will they have money to pay it when they ordering something. It is just a matter of prioritisation, and not all of us have same moral standards.
  3. Thank you.
  4. Cool. I would be satisfied even it can`t be illuminated from the pot shaft. It can always be done Wilba style. Little more effort but good end result.
  5. Those red knobs on video looks like they have red illuminated base and not just reflection from the panel, but other knobs are not very visible. On picture all looks like candies so I`m afraid they are Photoshopped. Did you try to illuminate base directly with bright LED and not trough the shaft? Thank you for checking it for us, looking forward to see those pics. Anyway, I liked those knobs in gray variant, and now I know there are black to so I like it even more. What do you think of them... how are they quality, feel..?
  6. Eddie, I answered you about invoice in this thread. Nobody received one. You have the copy of payment email in PM inbox with all needed details..
  7. Just to inform you... If the panels are not manufactured by the middle of next week, shipping could be delayed alot! I kindly ask you one more time to send the payment for panels to Mike ASAP. Please show some respect to me, Mike who is helping alot, and all other people that payed for their panels. Thank you.
  8. Thanks alot rasteri. ;)
  9. Here is something for you to read... http://ucapps.de/mbhp_bankstick.html http://ucapps.de/midibox_lc.html But, don`t stop there. ;)
  10. I agree. It makes sense. I lack some experience, and gear to test it. Actually, only once I tried to use real crossfader that is not from my DIY stuff. :-[
  11. Eddie, I cannot send an invoice from paypal, as I`m not receiving the money. Mike is receiving it. Please check the email about payment and send the money to Mike`s paypall email. Thank you. NP. Just let me know when you are ready.
  12. chr0n1c, thanks for posting the video. Looks good. PCB milling is the reason I wanted to build small desktop machine. What interface and drivers have you used?
  13. I see.. you want wear your records no more. :) How do you place it... horizontally or vertically. I ask because of fader position. I`m not an expert, but to me it feels most natural fader position would be something like 45°. What do you think? Thanks for the pics.
  14. It`s been quite a while since payment request and still not everybody payed. Nebula and Goblinz contacted me and ask for delay, but few others didnt. So, would you be so kind to do it soon? Thank you.
  15. Thank you Benjamin.
  16. I get what I want. I used Encoder speed application to find out right multiplier. It was 1, but to make it work it slow mode needs to be changed and not normal as I was trying at first.
  17. OK man, we have a deal. ;)
  18. Rasteri, thanks for posting the diagram, but you probably disabled some layer in photoshop as I don`t see any Kryptonite part. We all know how importance of Kriptonite in scratch controller designs are, but some neeb can be confused. EDIT: Not sure did you know, but Kryptonite is recently discovered in serbia (where I live) ;D http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/6584229.stm
  19. Which one of their LEDs have you use? I see they have only 35° Bi-color LEDs, which is very narrow for button illumination..
  20. Wow, I see you found some good local supplier for cut resistor leads! Are you willing to sell some? I pay good!
  21. I suppose you sprayed the vinyl so it can be used as a touch sensor. But, how did you connected it to the circuit? Wasn`t that problem? Looking forward to see some new pix and videos. ;)
  22. Stryd, you completely misunderstood me.. ;D Sure, but to me it sounded like... why it exist as there are already MB that can do same and much more. This sentence is related to sentence before it, and in free translation from serbian english to australian english means... It would be very hard to make project that can come close enough to MB.
  23. I need some bright, wide angle duo LEDs for my sequencer. As I need it for integration in buttons it would be good they are 3mm or shorter 5mm so i can fit it nicely. I would appreciate if you can recommend some that you have tried. Thanks
  24. I don`t believe it is about making something better than midibox. It would be very, very hard to do such a thing. I think it is about making their own product but ideology must be different from MB. Aurora isn`t so easy to make because of the SMD components, so not very suitable for beginners. But they can offering it assembled so there is the opportunity for profit. It is important is that this device looks pretty attractive and it is open source which automatically makes it cool, and people will start developing their firmware modifications which helps alot to the aurora guys. I think for small company is better to make product open source instead of finished (non open source) product. I would never build one for myself as I know about all MB features, but I`m sure there will be people interested into it. Those Monome guys that are missing some knobs.
  25. So, what you think of it? Can you post some close-up pictures on flickr? I`m interested how it looks at bottom. If you can do some illumination tests and wright a report it would be great.
