  1. Sounds like you need to harden the f****-up mate! ;)
  2. there is a config file: mios_tables.inc where you set the pins which have encoders attached to them, once this is done the encoders will work for you. look for the text "MIOS_ENC_MODE_NON_DETENTED" in that file to take you to the correct lines of code quickly....

  12. re your cable - am I the only one who thinks it looks like a snake?? That would freak me out finding that cable behind a rack in a tropical country!! I'd be looking for the eyes and tounge!
  13. you do realise you are shorting tracks with your clips on the lcd right? also the soldering doesn't look too great on the LCD, maybe do those points again. Have you considered the LCD display (not the hot regulator) issue might be down to the contrast?
