  1. Sounds like you need to harden the f****-up mate! ;)
  2. there is a config file: mios_tables.inc where you set the pins which have encoders attached to them, once this is done the encoders will work for you. look for the text "MIOS_ENC_MODE_NON_DETENTED" in that file to take you to the correct lines of code quickly....
  3. hehehe - he looks like a dancing frog!
  4. MTE - try Olimex for small runs and check their price for mid sized runs for the big runs I'd ask Tim....
  5. anyone want to hear from someone who has heard the system and also seen it going into a club?
  6. I was just thinking the same thing the other day
  7. what cimo said.... as soon as I read your description and saw the photo I thought AIN grounding issue
  8. re your cable - am I the only one who thinks it looks like a snake?? That would freak me out finding that cable behind a rack in a tropical country!! I'd be looking for the eyes and tounge!
  9. you do realise you are shorting tracks with your clips on the lcd right? also the soldering doesn't look too great on the LCD, maybe do those points again. Have you considered the LCD display (not the hot regulator) issue might be down to the contrast?
  10. rackmount eh? Got any front panel designs?? How many U high?
  11. Twin-x you star! 3 or 4 would be great if you can spare them!
  12. MIDIO128 main.asm <-- this is an assembly file the suggested route I mentioned is using C because you posted this thread in the C programming area. when it comes to asm I am not you man....
  13. like TK said, you can parse the midi input and look for the all-notes off CC7B. Using an IF statement you can then turn off all of the outputs individually within the IF statement. for example: in the ain64_din128_dout128_v2_0 application you would put the IF statement in the MPROC_NotifyReceivedEvnt function. This IF statement is contained in the main.c file.
  14. I've used them. The caps are hard plastic. Also there are a few types of switches supplied by rapid, make sure you get the momentary ones.
  15. i see we have been on the same sites today! I think RJS only does wholesale - which is a bummer. I'm having nightmares trying to use conrad's site in german. do they have minimum order amounts?
  16. I know I've seen them before, but I can't for the life of me remember where.... can anyone identify the buttons and or a supplier it's the white square buttons on the right hand side
  17. as far as I know (i.e. not a lot, AS has similar symptoms to autism but is a different condition/disease). A book called "The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night" revolves around a young man with AS - and is a great read! I have ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, The Heeby Jeebies, an alergy to Kyrptonite and probably a few more "discovered" and "undiscovered" abnormalities which make me who I am and no one here cares (in a negative way anyway) - this is what I love about Ucapps. Welcome to the board Sirkit!
  18. but the Live API is horribly under supported - little to no documentation, and I couldn't find any developers at all actively developing on the Live API. From what I gather it's an experiment that got to proof-of-concept stage and not much further. I'd love to be proved wrong mind you, as I have many ideas to improve ableton's functionality with my box.
  19. I got one from Smash, and they are great - I used to dread crimping, now it's almost fun. I'd drop him an email - that's the cool thing about email, it waits for you....
  20. what happens if you swap the last-dout in the chain with another one? i.e. are all the dout PCBs correctly soldered etc, and are all the interconnect cables ok?
